Alaska Snow Crab has a sweet, delicate flavor, snowy-white meat, and tender texture. Snow Crab is a bountiful resource from the clean, clear icy waters of Alaska. Snow Crab compares well with lobster and King Crab but is much more affordable.
While elegantly delicious, Snow Crab is a quick, affordable item for your menu. Snow Crab is sensational served chilled as a cocktail. Steaming, sautéing or broiling will also bring out its delicate flavor. Serve Snow Crab with drawn butter sauces, sweet & sour, oriental dips, or herbed vinegars.
