He now understood that he had made a bad decision by closing in the lagoon.

Eric tried to keep the baby dolphin safe from the crashing waves. Holding him, Eric led him to the calmer waters near some rocks. Suddenly, there was a flash of light and the storm calmed. King Triton had arrived at the lagoon. “What has happened here?” King Triton roared. Eric looked down humbly and said, “It is entirely my fault, Sir. I built this wall to make a nice place for Ariel to visit her friends. I was wrong,” Eric explained.
The King of the seas glared at Eric. Then with a hint of a smile he added, “Well, you’re a human after all.” With a wave of his trident, King Triton called to all the dolphins and they quickly found the baby dolphin’s mother. Frantically, she tried to get into the lagoon. “Oh dear, the gate won’t open. She can’t get in”, Ariel exclaimed. Eric looked at King Triton. The King of the seas raised his trident and blasted down the wall.

That night, Ariel and Eric returned to the lagoon. It was filled with sea creatures. “I love this place. Thank you”, Ariel said to her husband. Just before sunset on the third day, Scuttle discovered that Vanessa was Ursula in disguise. He hurried to warn Ariel. As Sebastian went to find King Triton, Ariel and Flounder raced to catch Prince Eric’s ship. With the help of her friends, Ariel was able to stop the wedding and get her voice back. Released from Ursula’s spell, Prince Eric realized that Ariel was the one he truly loved. But it was too late.
The sun went down before Ariel and the prince could kiss. She was a mermaid once more, an she belonged to Ursula. To save his daughter, King Triton gave Ursula his great powers and became her prisoner. “Mow I am the ruler of all the ocean,” shouted Ursula. As Ursula grew in size and towered above the sea, Prince Eric jumped aboard an old ship. He steered it’s jagged bow through Ursula’s heart. with a howl, the sea witch disappeared in the waves.
With Ursula gone, King Triton regained his powers. Seeing Ariel’s love for Prince Eric, the King granted her wish: She became human! Ariel and Prince Eric married and lived happily in a castle by the sea.

In the stormy night, the waves crashed wildly against the rocks.The lightning threw the light on a ship rolling and pitching at sea. Besides the ship, a young man was signaling for help. Little Mermaid immediately rescued him. She brought him to the shore and rested him gently against the rock. She fell in love with this young man. On seeing a beautiful young girl approaching, she left for the sea palace.

The Little Mermaid always thought about the young man. One day she visited the Witches of the Seashore and asked her to grant a wish. She wanted to walk and dance on the land. The witch listened, stirring her portion. The witch agreed to grant her the wish on one condition. She will be able to walk and dance, but not talk and sing. She would lose the power of her speech. The Mermaid agreed and was soon transformed.
The Little Mermaid reached the royal palace hoping the prince would remember her. A grand ball was being held in the palace. Not knowing the girl, the palace guards refused to let her inside. Listening to the music coming from the palace, she started dancing merrily. Seeing her beautiful dance, the guards allowed her inside the palace.
Bright lamps lit the garden where the air was filled with music and laughter. Little Mermaid finally found the prince on the prince’s throne. Beside him, sat the beautiful princess with lovely hair. When the prince saw her, he did not realize she was his rescuer.
The king announced the princess as the future bride of the kingdom. That announcement left the Mermaid in tears. She ran out of the palace back to the sea. A young fairy was called into the palace. She said, “I can’t take the evil witch’s curse but I’ll try to help. When the princess will touch spindle she’ll not die but will instead fall into a deep sleep and will only be awakened with a kiss of a prince who loves her.”
The king and the queen were so worried for their dear daughter that they ordered all the spinning wheels of the kingdom to be destroyed forever. However, unknown to them, one spinning wheel was still left.
As the years went by, the baby grew to be a lovely, charming young girl. On her sixteenth birthday, when she was roaming about the castle, she came upon a secret room at the very top of the castle towers. Curious, she wanted to help an old woman bent over a spinning wheel.
“Oh! What is this?”, she cried as she had never seen it before. She pleaded with the woman, “Please do let me try this as well”. But the minute she touched the needle of the spindle, she fell to the ground. The witch’s spell comes true.

With a heavy heart, the king ordered her to be taken to the grand room, where she would lie for many years. The whole kingdom was sad for sleeping beauty. The youngest fairy watched all of this and she said with a wave of her hand, “Let the whole kingdom fall asleep with the princess so when is woken by her prince, she will not be alone”. The moment she said all this, all the people and animals in the kingdom fell asleep where they were. Everything stopped.
As the years passed by, a thick forest grew around the palace and the kingdom was hidden. Exactly, hundred years later, a handsome prince was passing through the forest and he discovered the strange kingdom.
While exploring it, he was surprised to find the sleeping beauty lying fast asleep and immediately fell in love with her. “I want to know who she is? How gentle and peaceful she looks!”, he said. He leaned down and kissed her. Instantly, the spell was lifted, the princess and all the people awoke. It was joy and celebration all around. The prince and princess were soon married and they lived happily ever after.
