Our decadently creamy Butter Parmesan Cod is the perfect centerpiece for any meal. Serve it with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta for a truly delicious experience.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove thawed fish from the package and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Empty remaining sauce on top of the fish as desired before baking. Cook for 15-17 minutes
Place a piece of foil or parchment paper in the basket. Remove thawed fish from the package and place on the foil. Empty remaining sauce on top of the fish as desired. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15-17 minutes.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Overnight thaw (preferred): Cut a slit in the top corner of the pouch and place on a plate flat side up. Thaw under refrigeration for 8 -12 hours. Quick thaw: Place in a cold running water bath for 30 minutes. Use immediately following a quick thaw.
