Ingredients

  • 2 Trident Seafoods® Alaska Salmon Burgers 3 lb

  • 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Celery (Chopped)

  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cherries (Coarsely Chopped)

  • 1/4 Cup Nuts (Chopped)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Peel (Grated)

  • 4 Each Pita Bread

  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage (Shredded)

Directions

  1. Flake two Trident Seafoods Alaska Salmon Burgers (cooked according to package directions) and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add celery, dried cherries, nuts, lemon peel, ranch dressing, and pepper; stir with a fork until well mixed.

  2. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions; spoon into pita halves.

  3. Stuff 2 tablespoons cabbage into the side of each filled pita. Serve
